Changes in the POMS - Before and After Comparisons
In May we posted about a major change from Social Security regarding Special Needs Trusts and travel for family members. We want to share with you the 4 recent changes (in April and May) to the POMS. I have taken the relevant sections of the POMS from before the changes and compared them (thanks to Bill Gates and the folks over there at Microsoft) side-by side.
