    1. I work for a residential center for the disabled and I'm in search of establishing trust funds for those individuals who stand to loose their government benefits due to high balances in their accounts with our organization. I've reviewed the majority of your information but I'm left wondering if I need to hire an attorney for my residents in order to use your services or do you have forms that can be filled out by their Guardians that serve the purpose of establishing the trust fund? Also, because we are the residents' Representative Payee we are looking for a trust fund that allows my organization to make deposits and withdrawals on their behalf. Please advise. With sincere thanks for any information you can provide, Susan Toft, Social Service Director, Panama City Developmental Center, Panama City, FL
